Waiver and Release of Liability
By completing your purchase, you have agreed to the following terms:

"I/We, the undersigned, agree to waive and relinquish all claims that I/we may have as a result of my/our/their participation in any Lombard Historical Society program or event, including but not limited to the Lilac Heritage Tours, at any location. I/We agree to hold harmless the Lombard Historical Society, the Lombard Park District, the Village of Lombard, and all other officers, agents, servants, or employees from any and all claims, injuries (including death), damage, or loss sustained by us during or as a result of my/our participation in the above-mentioned programs or events. I/We fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless all aforementioned parties from any claims or liabilities arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with our participation in the Lombard Historical Society’s programs or events."
